I have a quick question! How do you fix the noisy disc brakes? It is a goofy squeak when stopping? Is there a cleaner of some type that works?

This was an EPIC event! I don’t normally utilize the word “epic” as a descriptive word but this is exactly what the doctor prescribed!

Motonosity and JakeTheGardenSnake had a meet up on Saturday. It was a well planned and thought out event. Sadly, I was unable to attend. I then find out that LoudandDave and TheAK47s have a Supermoto Sunday planned the following day. I saw a break in my schedule and decided to join in. That was the best decision that I have made in some time. Everyone was really nice and we all had a good time. I got separated from the group but still had a great time.

Helmet camera plus dad had camera on tripod and iPhone footage of Zoe’s second ride on her motorcycle. It is quite the success. She now loves riding and I had a tough time packing her little fanny back into the car!

TAT_18-2000 Honda XR50R-Zoe Tom-N/A-Zoe’s first ride. It is just two WRECKS!!!

Gravity was not Zoe’s friend on her first ride! Wrecks!

I picked up a 2000 Honda XR50R for Zoe at a great price. I took some time to replace ALL worn parts and make it new again. We have been going over all of the controls for over a month. She sat on it and practiced while I pushed her. We even took bluebonnet pictures with the motorcycle without her ever riding it. She understood that accidents will happen and was aware of this from the start.

We went out and of course, I learned as much as she did! I was more excited than she was and forgot to bring ANY tools. I wish that I had them as I didn’t set the throttle speed limiter.

She had two accidents. She got up and was ready to get back on after the first wreck but not after the second. She said that she was done for the day and I wasn’t about to push her to do more. We went home and talked about it forever.

Her second ride went flawlessly and now I can’t get her off of it! I will post a video of that too! We are both learning tons!

I went to Central Texas Harley Davidson today to watch Unknown Industries riders perform some stunts. Sadly, the rain had a different schedule. I waited a bit but the rain seemed too much and I left. I did get to meet the riders, the guy from ZootFresh (USB charging solution for the Battery Tender plug) and see some pretty darn sweet motorcycles.
